Depending on what you did purchase, refunds can be requested in different ways.

Purchased in iOS App

Buying a package from within the iOS App is done using the Apple In-App Purchase System.
This means it's a contract between you and Apple.
We do not have access to any purchase information between you and Apple.
If you want to request a refund, you can do this from within your order history in your Apple account.

Purchased on website

Buying digital goods, such as a license, means that you cannot really return it like a physical good. This means that you could just use it, and then return it, while still having it.
To keep it fair for customers and the business, this would require a waiting period of 14 days until you get your license. This would be the time where you can figure out, if it was the perfect decision for you.
Unfortunately this is not something anyone wants to do. Thus, the checkout has a consent to agree with the execution of the contract before the cancellation expires, leading to the fact that you agree in expiring the right of cancellation.
