It could be that the Built-In Sports Controls are greyed out.
If only some of them are disabled, then you might be running a demo mode without an activated license.
You can then either request a trial license at https://www.live-score-app.com/trial or purchase your own license from https://www.live-score-app.com/articles
If you already have a license, then the previous game might have ended.
A game has 3 status options: WARMUP, PLAYING, FINAL.
- In Warmup, only the start button is enabled.
- In Playing, all buttons are enabled.
- In Final no buttons are enabled.
The reason for this is, that no accidental changes to the scoreboard will happen after the game has been officially been finished. That feature will also disable buttons on remote iOS controls.
You can easily start a new game by pressing the "Reset Game" button in the Game Data panel, or using the same option in the iOS screen that should automatically appear in that mode.
